Shipping and Handling

• All items are despatched from our warehouse to any street address in Australia (no PO boxes). Pick up maybe available upon special request, please contact us for further details
• We use a registered door-to-door courier services. To ensure your goods get to you quickly and safely, please make sure someone is available to sign for  the delivery during normal business hours
• Due to occupational health and safety laws with items weighing  over 45kgs, please ensure someone is at the delivery point to assist in the unloading of goods.  If this is not possible, please contact us for a quote as the delivery rate will increase due to a second driver or specialised vehicle being required
• Insurance is included on all goods in transit. We will assist the purchaser and courier to resolve any shipping issues. If damage occurs in transit, we will lodge an insurance claim with the freight provider on the buyer's behalf. We will replace the damaged unit, once the freight provider has processed the claim
• We ensure that all items are brand new and come as packaged by the manufacturer unless otherwise stated
• Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery once payment has been made, however in most cases it will be delivered within 3-4 working days
• Items will be shipped promptly once payment has been received in full (and cleared)
• We ship within Australia, however if you interested in overseas shipping, please contact us to discuss

Product Warranty

• We offer a full 12 month warranty on all parts and a 6 month warranty on parts for commercial vending chairs
• We guarantee that all products are free from defective material and defective workmanship
• We will replace or repair any part that proves to be defective without charge. However, this warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, incorrect assembly, modifications, improper and irregular maintenance, accident or collision
• In the event of a faulty part or product, we require the part to be sent back to us. We will examine and test the fault then replace or repair any item deemed to be faulty
• Spare parts are readily available for our customers
• The buyer is responsible for the labour and postage costs of returning an item
• While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional
• Unfortunately we do not have a store or showroom. We would not be able to bring you brand new quality products at prices like this with the overheads of a physical store

• We accept Bank Deposit, Credit Card, PayPal, or Money Order
• Please help us to identify your bank deposit by including your order number in your transaction reference

Returns Policy

• In the event of a defective product, we may offer an exchange. Please contact us within three days if you have any issues that you need us to resolve. Return the item in original packaging within 14 days in the same condition as it was sent to you. No claims on used goods. Please also note that we are not responsible for the cost of the return shipping to us. It may take up to 14 business days to process your return after we receive the defective product.
